You have different levels of relationships with everybody you know, which can be complex and cause emotional problems when things are not going right.  Do you fight with your family members, friends or boy/girlfriend.  Are you unsure how you can make things better and this is making you feel unhappy.  It may be that the people who you are closest to hurt you and you do not know what to do.

What you can do

It is important that you can work out why you feel the way you feel and the best way to do this to speak to someone.  Talking to someone about your feelings can help you to understand and make sense of the emotions that you are experiencing.  Sharing with someone you trust can help you to feel less isolated and also give that person an idea of how to support you.

Who you can speak to

It is important that you talk to someone you can trust with these intimate feelings.  A close friend or relative is good and they can see you regularly to offer support, however you may feel uncomfortable sharing these feelings with them.  You have lots of other choices, you can speak to a Corner worker in confidence or use the support services available online or on the phone.
