It is really important that you think about whether you are ready to start having sex. Are you doing it because you feel it is the right time in your life or relationship? Or are you doing it because all your friends say they are doing it, or someone is forcing you to have sex.

It can be quite a strange feeling at first so it is important that you become comfortable using one and you are shown how to put a condom on properly. Condom demonstrations are given at the drop-in and we can provide you with condoms.
Condoms are 98% effective if put on properly and only 85% effective if put on wrong.

Age is a major factor as according to the Law it is illegal to have sex if you are under 16 years old or to have sex with someone who is under 16.
